Salsa Music with some Video Clip Links

We occasionally get requests to recommend Salsa music. Most people have different tastes. We therefore have only copied a few links to music video clips below from You Tube. This is by far not exhaustive. If you would like us to include more links, then please email your links to Barry Gordon. It is worth mentioning that the quality of some "You Tube" music video clips are much lower than the quality of bona fide cds but they are good to get a taste of what to expect. They are sometimes filmed at live events with mobile phone cameras. We recommend that you ask the dj for details of any tracks you particularly like at your salsa club, or to play any requests if he / she has it. At the bottom of this page, we will add a list of popular singers not included in the links below for your reference. Please feel free to search You Tube & see what music you like. Alternatively Facebook users may prefer to listen to any music for free by clicking here.

If you would like to know more about any singer or band etc. on the clips below then we recommend that you follow the links & then click on "more". Alternatively, you may prefer to search the Wikipedia rather than a general search engine if they are well known enough to be listed.

We list below, salsa singers & bands whose recorded music is recommended by BestSalsa. We apologise to any musicians not yet mentioned here.
